Health and wellness products that feel like care

Websites, stores and apps for pharmacies, clinics and wellness brands: warm in tone, clear in structure, never clinical.

People open a health product when they are worried, tired or trying to change. We design for that moment, calm and clear, and build it to be trusted with something personal.

Our health and wellness work runs from retail scale to a single companion: Alpro Pharmacy, Malaysia’s largest prescription pharmacy chain, with an online store, ePharmacy and teleconsult for over 300 outlets; Aventura Dental Arts, an esthetic dentistry practice across three Miami-area offices; Koda, a self-care app on the App Store; and Colitas, a pet-care app with health records and a vet directory.

The products change, the brief does not. Medical facts are stated plainly and attributed, booking and buying take as few steps as they can, and the tone stays warm: Koda’s forest spirit notices the rituals you complete and lets go of the ones you miss, because a wellness app that nags gets deleted.

What you get with us

A small senior team that has designed, built and shipped products together since 2024, and stays with the project to the end.

  • Facts stated, and attributed

Licensed pharmacists named, medication safety stated, terms attached to every offer: the standard Alpro’s pages are held to.

  • Apps shipped to the store

We design, build and release iOS apps ourselves, subscriptions included. Koda and Colitas are both on the App Store.

  • Calm by design

No guilt, no streak shaming, no clinical gray. The interface has to feel like the calm it promises.

  • Practices that read like brands

A clinic site that carries its positioning, with the locations, doctors, technology and booking all in place.

Questions, answered

We have not taken a product through a HIPAA audit, and we would not claim to. Where a product handles protected health information, we scope the hosting, access and audit requirements with your compliance lead at the start, choose providers who will sign a business associate agreement, and build to that plan. Your counsel decides whether it meets the rule.

Yes. We shipped Koda and Colitas to the App Store ourselves, including Koda Plus, a subscription sold through in-app purchases at several price points. We prepare the listing, the screenshots and the review notes, and we see the build through Apple’s review.

Yes. Alpro’s site is a full e-commerce shop across ten categories, with an ePharmacy offering same-day delivery and teleconsult, a four-tier loyalty program and a locator for over 300 outlets. Aventura Dental Arts takes patient bookings and call-back requests across its three offices.

In milestones, against a written scope: you see the whole estimate before anything starts, and you pay as each part is delivered and approved. We would rather shape the scope to fit your budget than lose a good project over price — so if the number is the obstacle, tell us, and we will find the version of the work that fits it.

You do, always. The code sits in your repositories, the designs in your Figma, the deployments and accounts in your name, with documentation and a recorded walkthrough. Nothing is locked to us — and most of our clients stay on for the next phase anyway.

Let’s build somethingpeople feel better using.
