AI products that do a real job

For startups and teams whose product is built around a model: agents, assistants and machine learning, designed, engineered and evaluated by one team.

A model is not a product. We build the interface, the guardrails and the evaluation around it, so the thing a customer touches works the same on the hundredth run as on the first.

Our AI work spans four kinds of product: Elixo, a team of specialized marketing agents in one workspace; Boomerangme’s Richie, an assistant that drafts a loyalty program from a Google Business Profile link; Omniya, an agent that prepares gift orders on retailers’ own sites and stops before payment every time; and Velos Bio, a physics-guided model that turns brightfield microscopy into calibrated measurement.

The pattern underneath is the same. Decide what a model may do and what it may never overrule, put the hard limits in code rather than in a prompt, score the output against real cases before launch, and design the screen so a person can see what the model did.

What you get with us

A small senior team that has designed, built and shipped products together since 2024, and stays with the project to the end.

  • Hard limits in code

Omniya’s seven gates and its payment boundary live in the browser driver, where a model can see them but never talk past them.

  • Evaluated before launch

Output scored against real cases and ground truth. Velos’s learned correction is measured against the classical physics solve.

  • The model and the product

The agent or model, the API that queues its work and the interface people use, built by one team so nothing is lost between them.

  • Legible to the person reading it

Agents as characters, a reason for every halt, results in a table you can export: output a person can check.

Questions, answered

OpenAI and Anthropic by default, chosen per task and swappable behind one interface, so a better or cheaper model can replace the current one without a rebuild. Where a general model is the wrong tool, as with Velos Bio’s microscopy, we build a specialized one.

By keeping the decision out of the model. Omniya’s agent fills in a retailer’s checkout up to the payment step and no further: seven deterministic gates (identity, variant, price, cart, stock, idempotency and payment) check every run, and the browser driver refuses to type into a payment field whatever the model decides. An order that fails a gate goes to a manual-review queue with a screenshot and a reason.

Yes, and it is often the better place to start. Boomerangme’s Richie sits inside an existing loyalty platform: paste a Google Business Profile link and it drafts the card, the rules and the first messages. We find the one job in your product a model can do well, build that, measure it, and only then go further.

In milestones, against a written scope: you see the whole estimate before anything starts, and you pay as each part is delivered and approved. We would rather shape the scope to fit your budget than lose a good project over price — so if the number is the obstacle, tell us, and we will find the version of the work that fits it.

You do, always. The code sits in your repositories, the designs in your Figma, the deployments and accounts in your name, with documentation and a recorded walkthrough. Nothing is locked to us — and most of our clients stay on for the next phase anyway.

Let’s build the AI productyour customers rely on.
