Fintech products people trust with their money
Design and engineering for payment, credit and filing products: the flows a careful buyer reads first, built to feel effortless.
In fintech, trust is the product. We design the pages a careful buyer reads first and build the operations behind them, so what the site promises is what the system delivers.
Our fintech work so far is payments and filings: TenantPay, a Canadian rent-rewards program that reports every rent payment to Equifax, and Instant Tax ID, a same-day EIN filing service for US businesses. Both had to explain something unfamiliar to a cautious audience, and both had to ask for money or personal details before the visitor had any reason to trust them.
So we start where the doubt is. Fees, timings and what happens next are written into the flow rather than buried in the terms, long forms are split into steps that only ask what applies, and the staff tools behind the product get the same care, because a fast promise on the front only holds if the queue behind it is watched.
What you get with us
A small senior team that has designed, built and shipped products together since 2024, and stays with the project to the end.
Trust on the first screen
Pricing, fees and what happens to the money stated where a buyer looks, before they are asked for anything.
Forms that feel like a checkout
A government form broken into guided steps that ask each person only what applies to them, one application per entity type.
The half nobody sees
Back-office portals, live queues and generated paperwork, built with the customer site so the promise on the front is kept behind it.
One door, several audiences
Renters, landlords and property managers each get a page that makes its own case, on one design system.

Questions, answered
Two products, both live. The TenantPay website sells a rent-rewards and credit-building program to renters, landlords and property managers, with a rewards calculator and pricing by payment method. Instant Tax ID is a same-day EIN filing service with ten guided applications, one per entity type, and a staff portal that fulfils them.
We design and build to your compliance requirements, and we ask about them on the first call. We are not your lawyers or your auditors, and we will not pretend to be: your counsel or compliance lead signs off the wording and the data handling, and we make sure the product does exactly what they approved.
Yes, and we would recommend it. For Instant Tax ID we built the customer site and the staff portal together: filings land in a live queue, are assigned and processed by the team, and the completed SS-4 paperwork is generated and sent back. Designing both halves at once is what keeps the promise on the front page true.
In milestones, against a written scope: you see the whole estimate before anything starts, and you pay as each part is delivered and approved. We would rather shape the scope to fit your budget than lose a good project over price — so if the number is the obstacle, tell us, and we will find the version of the work that fits it.
You do, always. The code sits in your repositories, the designs in your Figma, the deployments and accounts in your name, with documentation and a recorded walkthrough. Nothing is locked to us — and most of our clients stay on for the next phase anyway.
Let’s build the productyour customers trust.
