SaaS products people keep paying for
Product design and engineering for subscription software: onboarding, dashboards, roles and reports, built for the second month as much as the demo.
A SaaS product is used every working day, not once. We design the screens people come back to, and build the roles, permissions and reports that let one product serve many kinds of customer.
Our SaaS work covers three very different buyers: Boomerangme, a loyalty platform sold to cafés, to agencies under their own logo and to franchise head offices; Kite, an assessment platform for consulting firms that run their own 360 and 100 point instruments; and Elixo, a team of specialized AI marketing agents in one workspace.
What they share is structure. One database with a different surface for each role, permissions that live in the schema rather than in a setting someone forgets, reports a customer would put their name to, and a design system underneath so the fortieth screen matches the first.
What you get with us
A small senior team that has designed, built and shipped products together since 2024, and stays with the project to the end.
Roles designed in
Owners, agencies, franchise managers, raters: each role gets its own surface on one database, and nobody sees what they should not.
A design system from day one
Tokens and components shared by design and code, so a product that grows for years still looks like one product.
Reports people sign
Individual, aggregate and subgroup PDF reports built on the customer’s own scoring rules, ready to hand to their client.
Onboarding that does the work
Paste a Google Business Profile link and Boomerangme drafts the loyalty card. A first session should end with something working.

Questions, answered
Yes. Boomerangme is one: a white-label layer lets agencies run client sub-accounts under their own logo, and a franchise head office sees every store while each franchisee sees only their own customers. We design the tenancy and the roles before the screens, because they decide what every screen is allowed to show.
Both, by one team. On Kite, Boomerangme and Elixo we did the product design and the web app development together, and for Elixo the marketing site as well. You can hire us for either half, but the handoff between them is where products usually lose their shape.
In the schema, where it cannot be forgotten. In Kite, assessment invitations and responses sit in separate tables with no key between them, and a rater group below its anonymity threshold is withheld before any chart is drawn. We look for the same kind of rule in every product we scope.
In milestones, against a written scope: you see the whole estimate before anything starts, and you pay as each part is delivered and approved. We would rather shape the scope to fit your budget than lose a good project over price — so if the number is the obstacle, tell us, and we will find the version of the work that fits it.
You do, always. The code sits in your repositories, the designs in your Figma, the deployments and accounts in your name, with documentation and a recorded walkthrough. Nothing is locked to us — and most of our clients stay on for the next phase anyway.
Let’s design the productpeople use every day.
Health & wellness
Websites, stores and apps for pharmacies, clinics and wellness brands: warm in tone, clear in structure, never clinical.
