Who we are
axtrastudios.com is run by Axtra Studios, 3-H1 Valencia Town, Lahore, Pakistan. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
Using the site
The site is here to show our work and let you get in touch. Please use it lawfully: do not try to break it, overload it, reach parts of it that are not public, or send us anything harmful. We may change, pause or take down any part of the site without notice.
Who owns what
The site’s design, code, text and imagery belong to Axtra Studios unless marked otherwise. Client names, logos, products and screens shown in our case studies belong to those clients and appear with their permission; showing them does not give anyone a licence to use them. You are welcome to share links to our pages, but please do not copy or reuse the content without asking us first.
What you send us
When you send a form or a file, you confirm it is yours to share. We use it only to reply to you and to shape a possible proposal, and we treat it as confidential. It stays yours: sending it does not transfer any rights to us, and it does not commit either of us to anything. If you need a signed NDA before sharing more, ask and we will sign one. How we handle your details is set out in our privacy policy.
Other websites
Links to other sites (our clients’ products, Calendly, our social profiles) are there for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for them.
No promises on the site itself
We keep the site accurate, but it is provided as it is. Figures, timelines and descriptions of our services are general information rather than an offer; the scope, price and schedule of any project are agreed in writing before work starts.
Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site, or from being unable to use it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when. Using the site after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Lahore have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
